General

  • Nroc reserves the right to decline repairs of outdated models in case of spare part unavailability until further confirmation.

  • Out-of-warranty and critical cases will only be accepted for repair on a conditional basis. If the product cannot be repaired, it will be returned to the customer without service.

  • Nroc reserves the right to retain any defective parts removed during the repair process against the new spare parts installed by Nroc. These parts will be used for e-waste recycling and environmental safety.

  • For out-of-warranty products or parts, customers will be required to pay applicable logistics or shipping charges, which will be communicated beforehand.

  • Any disputes arising out of warranty or repair services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

  • The customer confirms that the description of the fault provided is accurate to the best of their knowledge. Nroc cannot be held responsible for issues or faults not specifically declared at the time of service request.

  • Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.

  • Use of this website and any disputes arising out of such use shall be governed by the laws of India and other applicable regulatory authorities.
