Warranty Guidelines

  • This warranty is valid only within India.

  • It covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues.

  • Accessories and consumables such as chargers, batteries, cables, desk mounts, and pop filters are not covered.

  • Warranty service may involve repair or replacement, at Nroc’s discretion.

  • To raise a claim, photo or video proof of the issue is mandatory.


Claim Process

  1. Submit a claim through our Contact Us page or via WhatsApp support.

  2. Once verified, Nroc will arrange for a pickup of the product.

  3. If pickup service is unavailable in your area, you may need to self-ship the product.

  4. In case of replacements:

    • If the same product is out of stock, an equivalent model will be provided.


Warranty Exclusions

The warranty will not apply in the following cases:

  • Any physical damage such as cracks, dents, or broken parts.

  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.

  • Issues due to spills, moisture, extreme temperatures, or voltage fluctuations.

  • Use of non-approved accessories or chargers.

👉 For best results, we recommend using a laptop/PC USB port or a standard 5V/2A charger (max) for charging.


Types of Warranty

  • 7 Days Replacement Warranty: Covers Dead on Arrival (DOA) products.

  • Under Warranty (UW): Covers repairs and replacements as per Nroc’s policy.
